It begins with the question of which result suits you, your proportions and your personal expectations.<\/strong><\/p><p>The reasons for wanting breast augmentation are as varied as the women themselves. Some patients naturally wish for a larger bust size, whilst others wish to correct changes resulting from pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight loss. Asymmetry or a breast shape that is perceived as unbalanced may also be a reason to seek a consultation.<\/p><p>The options available in modern breast surgery today are just as individual as each patient\u2019s circumstances. Breast augmentation can be carried out using implants, in suitable cases using the patient\u2019s own fat, or using a combination of different techniques. For certain patients, therefore, a <a href=\"https:\/\/dr-montanari.de\/en\/range-of-services\/breast-2\/breast-augmentation-2\/\">Breast augmentation using the body\u2019s own fat<\/a> could be an alternative.<\/p><p>In this procedure, fat cells are first extracted during liposuction, processed accordingly and then injected directly into the breast.<\/p><p>Autologous fat transfer may be of particular interest to women who are looking for a moderate increase in volume and wish to deliberately avoid implants.
