Some people want to reverse the wearing of so-called tunnels to widen the earlobe, others have small slits in their earlobes due to wearing heavy earrings or they want a reduction in the size of the earlobes, which are either genetically determined or enlarged due to the normal ageing process. However, minimally invasive padding of the earlobe with hyaluronic acid to restore lost volume is also possible without surgery.<\/p><p>All of the above earlobe corrections are performed on an outpatient basis under local anaesthetic and within a short period of time.
