Rhinoplasty without surgery

Until now, nasal deformities could only be corrected surgically.
As the nose occupies a central position on the face, even subtle nuances are enough to create an inharmonious image of the facial region. Through the targeted use of preparations that are also used in wrinkle treatment, it is possible to even out disturbing contour irregularities of the nose (bumps, dents, at the tip of the nose).
During a short-term treatment, small to medium-sized deformities of the nose can be corrected without a general anaesthetic, thus restoring facial harmony. You will also be fit for socialising again immediately after the treatment.
The treatment result is immediately visible and lasts for 9-12 months. This effect is significantly prolonged after repeated treatments.

How does rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid work?
Nose correction with hyaluronic acid works as follows: Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of the skin that is known for its moisturising properties. During the treatment, it is injected specifically into the various areas of the nose to build up volume and model contours.
Through precise injections, unevenness such as humps or dents can be levelled out and the tip of the nose lifted. We use a very fine needle for this. This minimally invasive method enables an immediate improvement in the shape of the nose without the need for surgery and without prolonged downtime.
What is the procedure if I want to have my nose corrected without surgery?
The process of a rhinoplasty without surgery begins with a consultation to discuss your wishes and expectations. Your nose will be examined in detail to determine whether you are suitable for the treatment or whether a surgical procedure would be more suitable for you. All options, the procedure, possible results and risks will be explained to you.
The treatment itself
On the day of treatment, the relevant areas are disinfected and locally anaesthetised to ensure a pain-free procedure. The hyaluronic acid is then carefully injected into the desired areas, with the quantity and placement of the injections being precisely coordinated. The treatment usually takes around 30 minutes.
After the treatment / healing
Slight swelling or redness may occur after rhinoplasty, but this will subside quickly. As no anaesthetic is required and the method is minimally invasive, you will be fit for social life again immediately after the treatment. It is recommended that you take it easy when wearing glasses for a few days so as not to impair the healing process.
The result is assessed in a follow-up examination and adjusted if necessary to achieve the desired nose shape. A hyaluronic acid treatment offers the option of repeating the nose correction without surgery at regular intervals and maintaining the effect in the long term.
Who is a rhinoplasty with hyaluron suitable for?
Nose correction with hyaluron is suitable for people who want to correct small to medium-sized deformities of the nose without the need for surgery.
People who prefer a quick, effective and minimally invasive method to improve their facial harmony will particularly benefit from this treatment. This technique is ideal for those who do not want to have to put up with prolonged downtime and want to be socially acceptable immediately after treatment.
For whom is minimally invasive treatment not suitable?
Rhinoplasty without surgery is not suitable for people with very pronounced nasal deformities that require more extensive surgical intervention. In addition, people with certain allergic reactions to hyaluronic acid should avoid this treatment. This method is also less suitable for people who suffer from skin infections or autoimmune diseases. If a permanent change to the structure of the nose is desired, a surgical rhinoplasty may be the better option.

Is any hyaluronic acid filler suitable for non-surgical rhinoplasty?
Not every hyaluronic acid filler is suitable for non-surgical rhinoplasty. There are special fillers that have been developed for use in the nasal area and have a higher viscosity to ensure the desired shape and stability. We will select the most suitable filler for your individual case.
