Skinbooster - deep skin moisturisation from within for a more youthful complexion

Filler / Hyaluron

Our skin loses moisture not only due to stress, seasonal changes or other external influences. The moisturisation of the skin is mainly influenced by physical changes as we get older. Reduced sebum production, reduced production of the body's own hyaluronic acid, a decrease in collagen and elastin production and a weaker skin barrier as well as a slower cell metabolism and hormonal changes ensure that the skin is drier on the inside and loses its elasticity and radiance on the surface. Skin boosters plump up the skin from the inside out, regulate the moisture balance and stimulate elastin and collagen production.

What are skin boosters and what are they used for?

What are skin boosters and what are they used for?

"Skin boosters are used in aesthetic medicine to intensively moisturise the skin and improve skin quality. They usually contain non-cross-linked or lightly cross-linked hyaluronic acid, which is injected deep into the skin. There they bind moisture and thus plump up the skin from the inside out, which contributes to a significant refinement of the skin's appearance.

How Skinbooster differs from other hyaluronic fillers or hyaluronic acid

While classic fillers are used to increase volume (e.g. lips or cheeks), skin boosters are more about moisturising, glow and skin quality.

Skin boosters consist of low-viscosity hyaluronic acid, which is distributed evenly in the dermis and has a positive effect on the skin's moisture balance from there. They improve skin quality, but cannot build up volume in depth compared to more strongly cross-linked hyaluronic acid fillers.

Who is suitable for Skinbooster?

Skin boosters are suitable for anyone who wants to improve the quality of their skin. They help against dry or dehydrated skin as they provide intensive moisture, reduce fine lines and wrinkles and are also suitable for wrinkles or so-called parchment skin (e.g. on the inside of the upper arms). By revitalising the skin, it not only appears more radiant, but also plumper. For younger patients, this procedure is particularly suitable for preventing skin ageing and for skin that is already visibly aged, skin boosters support regeneration and improve skin density.

Skin boosters can also visually even out scars (e.g. acne scars).
Skinboosters are also suitable for sensitive areas with little skin support such as the neck, décolleté and hands.

Can Skinbooster be combined with other applications?

Skinboosters can easily be combined with other aesthetic treatments to achieve optimal results. For example, the treatment can be supplemented with fillers or Botox to improve both the skin structure and facial contours. It is important to discuss the combination options with an experienced specialist in order to achieve the best results and take into account the individual needs of the skin.
