  • Ready for the weekend!? ✨Between operations, consultations, organisational tasks and the many decisions – big and small – that come with day-to-day practice life, there’s often little time to catch our breath. Yet rest isn’t a luxury – it’s an investment in our health, our inner balance and our wellbeing. After all, taking time out regularly gives your body and mind the chance to recharge. And that’s often what people see in us: true radiance doesn’t start with perfect skin, but within us – with serenity, a zest for life and the feeling of being at peace with yourself. When you feel good on the inside, it shines through on the outside too. That’s why we wish you a weekend with time for the people who do you good, for lovely moments and, above all, for yourself. Sometimes the best beauty routine is simply a conscious break. For everything else, we’ll be back for you on Monday! With that in mind: Ready for the weekend – and don’t neglect your inner glow. 💙#Weekend #InnerBeauty #SelfCare #Health #MichaelaMontanari
  • 10 years with Aleks – what a milestone! 💙 Dear Aleks, exactly ten years ago today you joined our team – and ever since, it’s been impossible to imagine our daily practice without you.As a medical assistant, you look after our patients every day with great care, expertise and a smile. With your warm nature, your sense of humour, your sense of responsibility and your reliability, you create an atmosphere in which not only our patients but also the whole team feels at ease.It was all the more wonderful to be able to fulfil a heartfelt wish of yours to mark your anniversary. For Dr Michaela Montanari, it was immediately clear: we’ll make the team event you’ve been hoping for – at Helene Fischer’s concert at Schalke – a reality! ✨ Thank you for this wonderful idea, an unforgettable evening together and, above all, for ten years full of dedication, loyalty and team spirit. We look forward to many more years together, wonderful experiences, fulfilled wishes and unforgettable team moments. 💙 #10Years #StaffAnniversary #TeamMontanari #UnforgettableMoments #It’sBestTogether
  • 💉 Less is more. Botulinum toxin often faces preconceptions: stiff faces, a lack of facial expression or an „artificial“ look. Yet this is precisely where the crucial difference lies. It is not using as much of the active ingredient as possible that ensures a good result – but rather the correct dosage, tailored to your individual facial expressions, your anatomy and your personal preferences. The aim of modern botulinum toxin treatment is not to alter your facial features. On the contrary: your natural radiance should be preserved. You should still be able to laugh, look surprised or frown – just in a more harmonious and relaxed way. ☝🏻Naturalness rather than a ‘mask-like’ effect. 👉🏻Movement rather than stiff facial expressions.
👍🏻Less is often more. That’s why, here at Villa Krockhaus, a good treatment always begins with a detailed analysis of your facial expressions and a personalised consultation. Because every face is unique – and the treatment should be just as individual. #Botox #Botulinum toxin #Natural look #Aesthetic medicine #Facial expressions

  • There is no standing still in medicine – and certainly not in aesthetic and plastic surgery. That is why Dr Michaela Montanari attended the Munich Face course „Facelift Basics & Update“ last weekend, led by Prof. Dr Magnus Noah and Dr Jens Altmann. The focus was on current developments in modern facelift surgery – from established SMAS techniques to modern deep-plane concepts – as well as practical exercises and in-depth professional exchanges with renowned colleagues. Knowledge is constantly evolving, particularly in facial surgery. New scientific findings, technical developments and diverse surgical approaches make regular exchange and discussion with like-minded specialist colleagues an absolute must. Even after many years of experience in aesthetic and plastic facial surgery, continuing professional development is therefore a matter of course for Dr Montanari. After all, modern medicine is not just about experience, but also the willingness to continually expand existing knowledge and critically evaluate new ideas – always with the aim of offering patients the best possible and individually tailored treatment. Thanks to Prof. Dr Thilo Schenck @plastic_surgery_munich and his team at Munich Face, as well as the two speakers @faceliftdoc and @dr.jensaltmann for the fascinating insights and valuable professional exchange.#Facelift #FacialSurgery #PlasticSurgery #ContinuingEducation MichaelaMontanari
  • „Am I still normal?“ It’s a question that preoccupies many women – yet one that is rarely spoken aloud. In fact, there is enormous natural diversity in the genital area. The shape, size and appearance of the labia can vary greatly from woman to woman – and in the vast majority of cases, this is completely normal. But what if symptoms arise? What if exercise, tight clothing or intimacy feel uncomfortable? Or when insecurities affect one’s own well-being? In this video, Dr Michaela Montanari explains how „normality“ in the intimate area can be measured at all, when a consultation might be advisable, and why treatment is always a very personal decision. As a multi-award-winning expert in intimate surgery – recognised by publications including FOCUS and stern – Dr Montanari, together with her all-female team, has been supporting women with this sensitive issue for many years. Trust, discretion and honest, woman-to-woman advice are always her top priorities. ▶️ Watch the video now. #IntimateSurgery #DrMichaelaMontanari #Women’sHealth #IntimateAesthetics #Bochum

„Am I still normal?“ A question that preoccupies many women – yet one that is rarely spoken aloud. Or if insecurities affect your own well-being? In this video, Dr Michaela Montanari explains how „normality“ in the intimate area can be measured at all, when a consultation might be advisable, and why treatment is always a highly personal decision.   As a multi-award-winning expert in intimate surgery – recognised by publications such as FOCUS and stern, among others – Dr Montanari, together with her all-female team, has been supporting women with this sensitive issue for many years. Trust, discretion and honest, woman-to-woman advice are always her top priorities.   ▶️ Watch the video now. #IntimateSurgery #DrMichaelaMontanari #Women’sHealth #IntimateAesthetics #Bochum
