Vaginal rejuvenation with RF mesoneedling - gentle regeneration for a new sense of well-being
from woman to woman

The intimate zone is a sensitive area that can lose elasticity in various areas over time due to hormonal changes, pregnancies or the natural ageing process. External vaginal rejuvenation with radiofrequency starts where elasticity has been visibly lost, while the internal vaginal rejuvenation non-visible but noticeable symptoms such as Vaginal dryness and diminished sexual sensation.
The innovative RF mesoneedling technology is used for vaginal rejuvenation of the labia minora and is a modern, minimally invasive method that specifically targets the tightening and regeneration of the vaginal tissue of the labia minora - without any surgery or long downtime.
It combines three procedures for skin rejuvenation in just one treatment and thus manages to increase the effectiveness of the treatment and achieve the best possible result. Radiofrequency, microneedling and mesotherapy become RF mesoneedling.
What is RF mesoneedling and what does it do?
This unique procedure makes it possible not only to rejuvenate the skin and synthesise collagen, but also to introduce active ingredients directly into the skin using mesotherapy needles. The combination of ultra-fine microneedles and radio frequency (RF) effectively stimulates collagen and elastin production in the deeper layers of tissue. The result is noticeably tightened, strengthened and revitalised labia minora - for more self-confidence, well-being and quality of life.
A specially developed hyaluronic acid filler (PrimaVera) is used to additionally moisturise and cushion the sensitive skin of the labia
Brief overview BTL:
Duration of treatment:
15-20 minutes (with anaesthetic cream + 30 minutes)
treatment cycle:
2-3 treatments at intervals of 4 weeks
Anaesthesia:
not required / anaesthetic cream in advance if necessary
Follow-up treatment:
Special skin care if necessary
Downtime:
You can immediately resume your everyday activities
What is the effect of RF mesoneedling in the labia area?
This unique procedure makes it possible not only to rejuvenate and tighten the skin in the labia area but also to introduce active ingredients directly into the skin using mesotherapy needles. The PrimaVera filler is used in the genital area. It was specially developed for the outer area of the vagina and its hyaluronic acid content not only moisturises and cushions the skin, but its special composition of various additional active ingredients (vitamin C, mannitol, reservatrol and oligopeptides) also gently brightens the skin in the labia area and protects it from antioxidants.

What is being done?
The treatment head of the device with 13 fine needles releases the collagen-activating radio frequency energy into the skin. The meso-injections with PrimaVera are carried out via 5 of the 13 needles. In this way, new collagen formation and the effect of mesotherapy including Microneedling combined. The sensitive skin of the labia is intensively moisturised, rejuvenated and the skin quality is also significantly improved. While step 1 - RF needling - and step 2 - mesotherapy - are carried out using the same treatment head, step 3 uses an extra treatment head to provide a vibrating massage. This distributes the selected filler optimally and evenly in the tissue and is also a soothing massage.
Is RF mesoneedling painful?
As the treatment head contains an integrated cooling system, the treatment is very well tolerated. For patients who are sensitive to pain, an anaesthetic cream can be applied to the treatment area beforehand.
How long does the treatment take
The treatment takes about 30 minutes, not including the application time of the anaesthetic cream. You can resume normal everyday activities immediately afterwards. A slight reddening, which subsides a few hours after the treatment, is to be expected.
Does RF mesoneedling for vaginal rejuvenation need to be repeated?
For optimum results, we recommend two to three treatments at four-week intervals, depending on the initial findings.
What are the risks of treatment in the genital area with RF mesoneedling?
Vaginal rejuvenation with RF mesoneedling is generally considered safe and well tolerated, provided it is carried out professionally. Nevertheless - as with any aesthetic medical treatment - there are possible risks and side effects that patients should be informed about:
Possible risks & side effects include
Temporary skin reactions
The following symptoms may occur after treatment, which usually subside within a few hours to days:
- Redness
- Swelling
- Feeling of warmth or slight burning sensation
- Sensitivity in the treated area
- Slight localised bleeding or small crust formation
Risk of infection
As tiny microchannels are inserted into the skin, there is a low risk of
- Bacterial infections (with inadequate hygiene)
- Fungal infections (especially with pre-existing vaginal flora disorders)
Pigment changes (rather rare)
- Hyperpigmentation (especially with dark skin)
- Hypopigmentation (rare, pale skin)
Scarring (very rare)
If the treatment is too intensive or the skin structure is sensitive. It is therefore essential that the treatment is carried out professionally by a qualified specialist. An expert medical history, hygienic working practices and individualised device settings are crucial for safe and successful treatment. For this reason, the treatment should only be carried out by experienced specialists or under medical supervision.
Is everyone suitable for RF mesoneedling for vaginal rejuvenation?
The treatment should not be carried out if, for example, the following are present:
- Active infections (e.g. genital herpes, fungal infections)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Blood clotting disorders
- Unexplained skin changes in the genital area
- Metal implants in the pelvic area (depending on device type)
Advantages of RF mesoneedling
Deeply effective skin rejuvenation
The combination of microneedles, radio frequency energy and customised active ingredients (PrimaVera in the intimate area) leads to intensive regeneration.
Strong collagen and elastin formation
The mechanical stimulation from needles plus the thermal effect of the RF waves stimulate natural collagen production - for firmer, smoother skin.
Minimally invasive & safe
Compared to surgical procedures, RF mesoneedling is gentle, with little to no downtime and few side effects.
Individually customisable
The needle depth, the RF intensity and the active ingredient applied can be precisely adjusted to the skin type or treatment region, enabling customised treatment.
In addition to rejuvenating the labia, RF mesoneedling is also suitable for the treatment of..:
- Wrinkles and fine lines
- Acne and surgical scars
- Stretch marks
- Large pores
- Skin slackening
- Corrections/tightening in the genital area
- Suitable for all skin types
In contrast to many lasers RF mesoneedling also safe to use on darker skin types.
Long-term results
The skin structure improves sustainably over weeks to months, as collagen formation is a natural, ongoing process.
Can I combine the treatment with other treatments?
RF mesoneedling (DoubleTite) can also be combined with other methods in the genital area. If additional tightening of the inside of the vagina is desired, the following is suitable Intravaginal radiofrequency with BTL FemmeRF mesoneedling can also be used to tighten the pelvic floor muscles to counteract urinary leakage and increase sexual sensation. BTL EMSELLA combine.
