People interested in aesthetics have been coming across the term "biostimulators" more and more recently. But what exactly does it mean? And above all: are they fillers?
Not quite, because there is a clear difference. While fillers have more of a plumping and volumising effect, biostimulants are used to renew the skin from the inside out by giving our cells the command to regenerate and produce fresh collagen and elastin in different ways, depending on the stimulator used.

*Montanari on Monday* - NEW RF mesoneedling - the customised 3 in 1 skin rejuvenation
Radiofrequency needling, or RF needling for short, has established itself over the last few years in terms of skin rejuvenation and collagen production because it delivers excellent results and sustainably improves skin quality. The DoubleTite procedure is completely new, as it combines three skin rejuvenation procedures in just one treatment: radio frequency, microneedling and mesotherapy become RF mesoneedling.
In addition to rejuvenating the skin and stimulating collagen synthesis, active ingredients are introduced directly into the skin via 5 additional fine needles on the treatment head. Depending on individual requirements, autologous blood (PRP), low-viscosity hyaluronic acids (SkinBooster) and/or Radiesse® Diluted (diluted calcium hydroxyapatite) can be used to moisturise and plump up the skin, polynucleotides and anti-inflammatory active ingredients (e.g. for acne and blemished skin).
While step 1 - RF needling - and step 2 - mesotherapy - are carried out using the same treatment head, step 3 uses an extra treatment head to provide a vibrating massage. This distributes the selected filler/preparation optimally and evenly in the tissue and is also a soothing massage.

Ultherapy is an innovative, non-invasive procedure for skin tightening and skin smoothing. Sagging areas of skin on the face, neck and décolleté are gently and effectively tightened with this device.
